Eliza Blutt was born in New York City and received her training at the School of American Ballet, where she began studying at the age of seven before joining New York City Ballet as an Apprentice in 2016. During her time with NYCB, Eliza performed in both iconic ballets and new works, and toured with the company to Copenhagen, China, and Washington, D.C. She has also created several original pieces for the New York City Ballet Choreographic Institute.  Since leaving New York City Ballet in 2021, she has continued to pursue her passion for dance through performing, teaching, and choreographing.
